The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a clip of David Tennant in the same scene in both Broadchurch and Gracepoint.
David Tennant starred in Broadchurch as DI Alec Hardy who was a newly promoted, out of town police officer who was investigating the murder of an eleven year old boy in the small town of Broadchurch. The first series of Broadchurch premiered on ITV in 2013 and was written by Chris Chibnall.
David Tennant played the same role as a detective called Emmett Carver in Gracepoint which was the American remake of Broadchurch. Chris Chibnall penned the first episode of the 10 episode series which was broadcast on FOX TV in 2014.
