The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a clip of David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor from the Doctor Who 2009 special episode The Waters Of Mars.
In this clip The Doctor realised he is the last of the Time Lords and returned to the base in Mars to save the crew who had not been infected by the water.
