The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a clip from the Doctor Who Confidential for the Doctor Who special episode The Next Doctor.
In this clip David Tennant and David Morrissey (who played Jackson Lake in the episode) are on a pulley as a quad-bike takes the place of Cybershade to film a scene for the episode.
