The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is the fun pre-movie introduction for the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary special episode The Day Of The Doctor. The introduction was shown in theatres before the screening of the episode.
The video shows two version: one with the live audience reaction and one without.
The video features David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, Matt Smith as the Eleventh Doctor, John Hurt as the War Doctor and a Sontaran.
