The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a video from the Doctor Who Confidential Series Four episode 4 which was titled Send In The Clones.
It was originally broadcast on Saturday 5th April 2008 on BBC Three and was narrated by Anthony Head. It accompanied the Doctor Who episode The Sontaran Stratagem in which David Tennant played the Tenth Doctor and Catherine Tate was his companion Donna Noble.
However Freema Agyeman was back as Martha Jones and discussed her return to the role and in this episode David Tennant reflected on the dynamic of having not one but two companions by the Doctor's side.
Also Ruari Mears discussed the experience of being the human clone in the clone vat and what it's like being submerged whilst in prosthetics.
