The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a video of a deleted scene from the Doctor Who Series Four episode The Doctor's Daughter.
The clip features David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor and Catherine Tate as Donna Noble and was at the end of the episode.
Doctor Who showrunner Russell T Davies decided to cut it from the episode as it already had too many sad moments. It was then included in the DVD box-set of the series.
