The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a deleted scene of David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor and Catherine Tate as Donna Noble from the Doctor Who Series Four episode The Doctor's Daughter.
This scene was supposed to be shown at the end of the episode but Russell T Davies decided to cut it because the episode had already too many sad moments.
The clip was included as an extra in the DVD box set of the series.
