The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a clip of David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor and Catherine Tate as Donna Noble from a deleted scene of the Doctor Who Series Four episode The Doctor's Daughter.

 The clip was included as an extra in the DVD box set of the series.
