In the clip from the episode The Doctor, Donna and Martha return to Earth by teleporting into Luke Rattigan's mansion. He built his own atmospheric converter which ignited the atmosphere to clear the poison.
The question is whether it will be enough to save the world from the gas the Sontaran's created.
