When this photo was first posted onto the internet (before the series started) lots of fans thought that this shot was from when the Doctor first saw Donna working in an office (as Catherine Tate had been spotted filming in a suit).
Of course it wasn't but it does show a gleeful look on David Tennant / The Doctor's face!
