The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is the thirteenth part of Secret Smile which David Tennant filmed back in 2005.
Secret Smile was a drama serial in two parts shown by ITV in December 2005, based on the Nicci French book of the same name and starring David Tennant, Claire Goose and Kate Ashfield.
