The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a video of filming on David Tennant's final episodes of Doctor Who - The End Of Time.
This video was taken by fans watching the filming and there's a sweet part near the beginning when David talks to the people (including some children). The next part are mainly just long distance shots but the final 10 seconds contains another brief shot of David close up.
