The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is an episode of Doctor Who Confidential which Sophie Myles tweeted earlier with her comment "fond memories."
The sub-title of the episode is From Script To Screen and shows the process of taking a script of Doctor Who from the tone meeting through to the filming.
The episode is The Girl In The Fireplace and includes interview clips with David Tennant.
