The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a new (old) photo which was posted onto the internet today.
At DavidTennantOnTwitter.com we always like to give credit but unfortunately none was posted with the photo so it's unclear where the original picture was posted. However the first post on Twitter of the photo appears to be from @davidtfan.
