The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a clip from the children's programme Totally Doctor Who. This episode aired while Series Three of Doctor Who was being screened.
Despite this being a children's programme they manage to slip in a few comments which could be taken another way!
I cringed when she jumped on him...lady don't you know he has back problems!! >:O
